Shipping Info
I create every order manually and ship them out in batches, usually every Monday, unless I'm touring. I will send you a shipping confirmation with shipment number when sent.

If it will take me longer than normal to process your order I'll let you know.

The orders are sent as letter-packages with DHL, they do get a package number for lookup but can't be tracked in realtime. At the moment due to covid, according the DHL their shipments between Europe and Americas go by ship, and could take up to a month. For other parts of the world I assume similar delays. Within Europe it goes somewhat normal, but don't be surprised if it takes a while.
Return Policy
No returns on these, it makes no sense :) but of course if you have technical problems, it will be solved. There is a solution ready in case faulty or damaged USB-stick, don't worry. The support info is printed on the envelope with the USB stick.
